Maternal Nutrition

I offer nutritional support to both mothers and babies during the critical first 1000 days of a child's life, spanning from conception to age two.

My goal is to provide peace of mind for parents during this important time in shaping a child's growth, cognitive development, and overall health.

Additionally, I help mothers replenish their nutrients after pregnancy and childbirth, ensuring they have the energy to fully cherish and enjoy these precious early years with their child.

Early Years Nutrition

I offer guidance to parents as they begin their journey of introducing solid foods to their baby, advising them on when and what foods to introduce to meet their baby's nutritional needs and encourage healthy eating habits.

I help parents feel confident that they are laying the groundwork for their child's long-term health and well-being, by highlighting the importance of offering a diverse range of nutrient-rich foods to support their baby's growth, cognitive development, and immune system.

These can impact our efforts to maintain our family's health. However, by working together, we can overcome these challenges and lay the groundwork for your child’s future health and well-being. Often by recommending small, practical changes to their diet that fit their specific needs, so parents can choose healthier foods with confidence they are helping their child to grow learn and thrive

My nutrition programs are evidence-based and designed to bring clarity to this maze of information, alleviating any confusion you may encounter.

It's important to understand that meal time challenges are not always a reflection of your parenting abilities. I provide you with simple strategies to encourage your child to explore new foods without resorting to nagging or persuasion.

You're not alone in these struggles.

Allow me to guide you towards stress-free and enjoyable mealtimes for your family.

Hello my name is Louise, a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist, specialising in maternal and child nutrition.

I am passionate about the importance of providing nutritional support to children as soon as they are conceived, shaping a child's growth, immune system, cognitive function, and overall well-being.

I also believe we should never forget Mum, and nutritionally support her through pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Nutrient depletion occurs when the demands of nurturing a baby during pregnancy and childbirth, if not addressed can last for years, depleting the body of essential resources. I provide nutritional support to help you return back to a fully functioning person.

My mission is to reduce stress and worry related to family nutrition, enabling families to enjoy quality time together.

Many parents come to me for support in dealing with their child's resistance to nutritious foods, which can impact mood, sleep, lead to allergies, frequent illnesses, or digestive issues like constipation. They are looking for practical strategies to encourage diverse range of nutrient-rich foods.

As a mother of two, I've learned first hand about handling a picky eater.
