Raising Curious Eaters

Weaning with Confidence and Connection

Group Workshop | 1:1 Support | Online or In-Person

Starting solids is more than just a nutritional milestone, it's the beginning of your baby’s lifelong relationship with food. This workshop is designed to help you make that relationship positive, joyful, and centred around connection and curiosity.

Whether you're just getting started or facing a few early challenges, I’m here to help you feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

What We’ll Cover:

  • The foundations of a positive relationship with food

  • How to support gut health and boost baby’s immune system

  • First foods to try, and how to offer them with confidence

  • Baby-led weaning vs spoon feeding — or how to blend both

  • How to introduce textures, flavours and allergens

  • Techniques to reduce picky eating later on

  • How to tune into your baby’s cues and feed responsively

  • Making mealtimes calm, fun, and social — for everyone at the table

  • Introducing allergens, if requested

Whether you’re just starting to think about weaning, or want some extra reassurance, this workshop will leave you feeling informed, supported and ready for the journey ahead.

You’ll also receive:
✔️ A supportive, non-judgmental space

✔️ Practical handouts to refer back to
✔️ Plenty of time for Q&A to ease your personal worries
✔️ Encouragement to enjoy this phase, not stress over it

One Step Closer to Happy Mealtimes

✨Turning Mealtime Struggles into Smiles!✨

A Workshop for Parents of Picky Eaters

The Food Confidence Workshop 24th June at 7.30

Hosted by Louise and Camilla from Feeling Positive

Does your child struggle at mealtimes?
Refusing certain textures, smells or even entire food groups?

You are not alone and there's often a reason behind it.

In this free online workshop, we’ll explore:

The real reasons behind picky eating — from gut issues like constipation or bloating to sensory sensitivities

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • How nutrient deficiencies like low iron or zinc may be affecting their appetite and interest in food

  • What causes food anxiety (choking, sickness, allergies) — and how to gently build food confidence

  • How to support your child without pressure, battles or bribes

With practical insight from both nutrition and behavioural perspectives, we’ll help you feel more confident about supporting your child and turning mealtime stress into progress.

🧡 Hosted by two mums who’ve been there too.
