One Step Closer to Happy Mealtimes
✨Turning Mealtime Struggles into Smiles!✨
A Workshop for Parents of Picky Eaters
Hosted by Louise and Camilla from Feeling Positive
Do mealtimes feel like a battlefield? You’re not alone and there is a calmer way forward.
Join us for a supportive, practical, and judgement-free workshop designed to help you take that first step toward happier, more relaxed family meals. Together, we’ll explore why picky eating happens, what might be going on beneath the surface, and how to gently guide your child toward a healthier relationship with food, without pressure, bribes, or battles.
We know what it’s like, we’ve been there too. Between us, we bring personal experience, empathy, and a toolkit of tried-and-tested strategies to help families like yours.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Create calmer, more enjoyable mealtimes
Encourage tasting without pressure
Understand textures, smells, and sensory triggers
Offer choice and control in a way that works
Use empowering language that builds trust
Stay calm (even when the peas hit the floor!)
