What Parents Are Saying

  • “We have got on really well and ********* surprised me with some small wins. Food play is def the way forward for her. We made fruit kebabs and she licked a strawberry 3 times!! Also had a small bite of a carrot and admitted that she liked my homemade meatballs even though she could see grated carrot in them 🤣”

    — Parent of a restricted eater

  • “Thank you soooooo much for all this Louise. It all looks super helpful. I was seriously getting down about things before I spoke to you yesterday. It had been a tough week. It's so well timed with half term, we can get down to some cooking and supercharged snacks. Will be such a relief if this works”

    — Overwhelmed parent

  • “I'm so grateful for the help that Louise gave my son with his digestive problems and anxiety. She was so knowledgeable and had obviously done a lot of work into his case and how to help him. I felt we were in really safe hands. She was also very non-judgemental and understands the real life struggles of getting our kids to eat healthy food and take supplements. She was full of helpful tips and adaptations to support him and these have rippled through the family to help my other children too. My son's digestive symptoms are much improved and the range of foods he eats is much wider.”

What happens when you work with me

Step 1

After you choose and book your programme, you’ll receive our health questionnaire and food diary to complete and send back to us, so we can get an idea of your child’s diet, symptoms and health history.

Step 2

Our first online consultation is a deep dive into your or your child’s health concerns and symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, supplements and medication. This can help us to establish potential root causes of your symptoms.

This takes place as a video call over Zoom, lasting approximately 90 minutes.

Step 3

During a consultation, I include an education session suited to your individual needs. Together we agree on a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan. Educational handouts and recipes will also be provided.

Step 4

You will be asked to book a follow up consultation, to review progress, tweak programmes and celebrate achievements.

This takes place on video call over Zoom, lasting 60 minutes. Includes education sessions, handouts and recipes.

Step 7

Depending on which programme you book, we may keep in touch because I am here to answer your questions and help you troubleshoot along the way. These mini check-ins between appointments, can provide extra support and motivation.

Step 8

You may require a functional test during the programme, which you can choose if you wish to progress. If so I will examine the test results and provide a report (cost of tests not included in package above).
